Inspecting since 1995

Joel Bouchard has been inspecting Ottawa and area homes since 1995 and has completed over eight thousand inspections. He was the original franchisee for Pillar to Post Home inspections in Ottawa in 1995. He has a diploma in Architecture and a Construction Management certificate.

Qualifications

Joel is also a "WETT" (Wood Energy Technology Transfer) Certified inspector, an Energy Advisor, a Level 2 Thermographer, and a CRM (Certified Risk Manager). He is a CAHPI NCH (National Certificate Holder) and a Bilingual College Professor in Construction Techniques and Management.
